Gas Liquid SepAration

The gas-liquid separator is an essential component in hydrogen production, ensuring the effective separation of gas and liquid phases. Under the influence of gravity, the hydrogen and lye are settled and separated efficiently within the separator.

HYDROGEN Purification

Hydrogen produced by water electrolysis contains minor oxygen impurities and some water. To purify it, a de-aerator with a catalyst converts oxygen into water, which is then absorbed by a molecular sieve. This process reduces oxygen content to 1 ppm and achieves 99.999% hydrogen purity, ensuring high-quality hydrogen for various applications.

Power supply UNIT

Power supply unit equipment includes transformers, rectifiers, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Voltage regulators maintain stable output voltage, transformers adjust voltage levels, rectifiers convert DC to AC, and UPS units provide backup power.
