ALPINE HYDROGEN — Innovative green hydrogen project in Tyrol submits application for EU Hydrogen Bank auction

The Alpine Hydrogen project in Tyrol has submitted its application for the latest EU Hydrogen Bank auction, marking a significant step toward large-scale green hydrogen production in the Alpine region.

Backed by renewable hydropower, the project aims to deliver cost-competitive green hydrogen for regional industry and mobility, reducing dependence on fossil fuels across the value chain.

RCT Hydrogen is supporting the initiative with electrolyzer technology and engineering expertise, helping the partners build a robust and durable production facility designed for the demanding Alpine environment.
